Mike Ananny is a Berggruen Fellow creating new types of public networks and communications platforms at the Center for Advanced Study in the Behavioral Sciences at Stanford University. He is an Associate Professor at the University of Southern California’s Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism. He holds a PhD from Stanford University and is the author of several books and articles including Networked Press Freedom (MIT Press).
